With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Caitlin obtained her Limited Permit toward Licensure to provide counseling in New York State in summer of 2018. She has been practicing for 2.5 years under extremely professional and experienced counselors, whom have been working in the counseling profession for over 25 years, giving Caitlin a range of knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience.
Specific counseling experience involves working with individuals, families, couples, and children as well as exposure to treating many disorders including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and personality disorders. Caitlin has also been exposed to treating clients using varying therapeutic techniques such as CBT, person-centered, stress management, and mindfulness.
